Mapping SMEs data in Europe, Existing support measures for energy audits and energy efficiency in SMEs
The new “Fit for 55” package aims to put the EU on track towards climate neutrality. Energy accounts for 75 % of GHG emissions, and speeding up the energy efficiency is critical.
In 2022, the European Energy Efficiency Conference presented the far-reaching transformation of policies, technologies and markets for achieving climate neutrality. Being enterprises and SMEs central in this transformation process, Petra Lackner and Gabriele Brandl (AEA) brought to the Conference two posters with the most relevant LEAP4SME results on “Mapping SMEs data in Europe” “Existing support measures for energy audits and energy efficiency in SMEs”.
